PYRO WORKS 4X4 FABRICATION is a full service fab shop on the Kona side of The Big Island of Hawaii that specializes in custom 4x4 fabrication in mild steel, tube and pipe. I have over 40 years experience in building and racing 4x4's, welding and metal fabrication here in Hawaii. The most common work I do are Cages, Skid Plates, Rocker Skids, Anti- Wrap Bars, Tube Bumpers & Stingers, Tube Fenders & Tube Doors. You can also send me your designs/ideas, I can build just about anything you can think of (as long as it is safe).
I also have extensive experience in designing and building rock crawling, trail riding & "mud truck" 4x4 suspensions. Each suspension is designed and built to the correct geometry for your truck and built for heavy abuse. I have done many 4 links, 3 links, "1 Links", Air Bag, Air Shock, Coil, Coil-over and Leaf Suspensions.
I also do Engine/Trans/Tcase swaps, Dual Tcases, Ring & Pinion setups, Custom Axles & Axles Swaps.
My shop can do just about everything,,,, but no repair work,,,,, we do only custom fabrication and modifications. It doesn't matter to me what type of 4x4 you drive, I like working on them all, and can take it to any level you want, mild weekend trail rider to totally insane rock buggies, just tell me what you want and I can help you achieve your project goal.
